Whether you are having a really busy day or not doing anything at all, take a moment to unwind in nature — without moving anywhere.
There is a quiz that will lead you to the guided journey best suited for you. Playing about with meditation practices, the resources are designed to take you away for a bit and make practicing relaxation techniques more relatable and understandable. We recommend you take a little time ten minutes to go on your journey in the middle of your day, to return to your afternoon calm and energised, but you can access them whenever and wherever is good for you.
