Escape from it all for a little while and come on a journey through nature —without leaving the house. Artist Frances Disley has designed a series of online resources to help you escape the stresses and strains of everyday life by going on your own guided imaginary journey. All you need to do is sit back, listen and relax.

There is a quiz that will lead you to the guided journey best suited for you, and help you learn how to create your own unique experience. Playing about with meditation practices, the resources are designed to take you away for a bit and make practicing relaxation techniques more relatable and understandable. We recommend you take a little time to yourself, to go on your journey in the morning before you start your day, but you can access them whenever is good for you, from anywhere.

A pack of herbal teas, bespoke scents and materials and printed version of all the journeys all made by Disley, are available for the first 15 people who sign up for the online workshop.
